NOSP is a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit , teaching the “endangered strings”  Violin, Viola, Bass and Cello to youth  ages 6- 14  yrs.  This program is supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council. The grant is administered through the Arts Council of New Orleans.
